Plein Air Fun

This is a Plein Air from Edmonds where I was painting recently with a wonderful group CoArts, I am not a member of this group, yet they were so welcoming and friendly!

I finally had the "guts" to paint an urban scene, on a less busy part of town in Edmonds.

It is nice to have a group of painters with a weekly schedule, it works like the "buddy system" for me!
Right now you could almost paint everyday of the week around the Seattle area!

Tuesdays with Eafa Wednesdays with Coarts Thursdays/Saturdays with Nwws and Fridays with me :) (please email me and I will keep you posted on the details)

I soon will add a background to this and it is almost done, we are about to do an auction to collect funds and send it to Japan.
This piece will probably be one of them.

Here is some work from an idea that took a long time to "manifest"... it feels good to be able to paint after a long pose.

Where in the world?

It is nice to be back in a creative way... after a serie of emmergencies that should be taken care of finally.
This is based on the idea of what does the future hold for our kids, a theme that is often on a parent's mind...
